About this property
Boonara comprises two dwellings on the one property — Boonara House (the main residence) and Boonara Studio, located just to the rear. The Studio is only made available when booked together with the House for larger groups.
We do not rent the Studio to separate guests while the House is occupied, so the property is always reserved for one booking group at a time. While the House and Studio are separate buildings, they are positioned in close proximity and share the same outdoor areas and driveway access. For this reason, the layout is best suited to one group travelling together rather than guests seeking privacy between the two spaces.
Configuration options: • Up to 6 adults + 2 Bathrooms — Main House only • 8 adults — Main House + Studio (Studio included at no additional charge) • Smaller groups (1 Queen Bed + 1 Bathroom) wishing to use the Studio — additional fee applies If the Studio is not included in your booking, it will remain securely locked and unoccupied for the duration of your stay.
