The location of our apartment is unbeatable – just a few minutes’ walk from some of the area’s best shops, cafes, and restaurants, including Dear Sainte Eloise, Cafe de la Fontaine, Becker Minty, Kings Cross Markets, and Greg Natale Interiors. You can easily stroll to cosmopolitan cafes, bars, shops, public transport, parks, and the beautiful harbor foreshore. The apartment features an open-plan living/dining area with high ceilings, reverse cycle air-conditioning, a Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, and WiFi. The modern and sleek gourmet kitchen boasts stone benchtops and is fully equipped with a stove, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as basic pantry items, making it an ideal spot for preparing delicious meals. The master suite is divided by glass and features bay windows that allow natural light to flood in, an open robe with ample storage, a queen-size bed with soft linens, and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The original bathroom includes a shower, and all toiletries are provided by your host. Additionally, the bathroom has a European laundry with a washing machine, and if you need a dryer during your stay, you can access two at the shared laundry facilities in the building. The cost of the dryers is $1.20 per load alternatively, the drying rack in the apartment is also available for our guests.
